- The image does not violate any laws or rights
- You are not impersonating another person without consent

- Impersonate others or create misleading identities
- Upload images of others without permission
- Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. AI Limitations
- Results are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
- We do not guarantee perfect realism or likeness
- Outputs are provided “as is”
5. Payments
- Some features may require payment
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to your uploaded images
- You may use generated images for personal use
- We retain rights to the platform and technology
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Misuse of generated images
- Any damages resulting from use of the service
